The guarantee of effective management

The Ethics Committee is the body, envisaged by the Charter of Values, which is delegated to guarantee effective management of the Charter itself and of the Code of Ethics. The duties of the Committee, as set out by the Charter of Values, may be summarised as follows: 

• dissemination of knowledge about and correct interpretation of the Charter among all the Group’s interlocutors;

• promotion of initiatives to raise the awareness of managers and employees regarding ethical issues;

• monitoring of business conduct, in order to confirm the level of application of the principles expressed by the Charter;

• reporting to the Board of Directors on the work undertaken and presenting proposals to revise the document.
