Correct and transparent work

Acea Spa, as part of a policy aimed at continuous improvement and in complete transparency in its dealings with tendering companies, has adopted the Acea Code of Ethics for Tenders. This instrument establishes the set of values which both the principal and all the companies which come into contact with it must of necessity use to regulate their conduct. The application of these values involves well-established forms of conduct which ensure the transparency of the whole procedure for the tendering and execution of public works. The Code is in two parts, one for the competing companies, contractors and sub-contractors, the other for employees who take part in carrying out the "contractual work" undertaken by Acea Spa and by its subsidiaries.
