Acea Group results: Consolidated revenue: 2,290.4 million euros (up 26.6%)
EBITDA: 438.5 million euros (up 22.6%)
EBIT: 262.1 million euros (up 33.2%)
Group net profit: 110.0 million euros (up 4.4%)

Rome, 10 November 2008 – A meeting of the Board of Directors of ACEA SpA, chaired by Giancarlo Cremonesi, has approved the nine-month report at 30 September 2008 (9M 2008). During the same meeting, Acea’s Board elected: - member and coordinator of the Internal Audit Committee Paolo Bassi; - member and coordinator of the Remuneration Committee Geminello Alvi; - member of the Remuneration Committee Jean-Louis Chaussade. The results for 9M 2008, which are in line with previous guidance, were influenced by changes in the method of consolidating Tirreno Power and Umbra Acque. On a like-for-like basis, the increase in EBITDA for 9M 2008 is 10.3% compared with the same period of the previous year.
