Rome, March  2, 2011 - With regard to the previous announcement dated December 22, 2010 Acea S.p.A. (“ACEA”) hereby announces a change in the date of the General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders to approve  the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2010: April 29, 2011 first call; April 30, 2011 second call.

The Company is not currently aware of any further information regarding the previously announced dates in its financial calendar. 

Wednesday March 23, 2011 Consolidated financial statements of the ACEA Group and separate financial statements of ACEA SpA for the year ended 31 December 2010

Thursday May 12, 2011 Quarterly report for the three months ended 31 March 2011

Thursday July 28, 2011 Interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2011

Thursday November 10, 2011  Quarterly report for the nine months ended 30 September 2011.

Meetings with the financial community and the media may be organised in order to present the financial results and strategies.

The proposed ex dividend date is May 23, 2011, with the dividend to be paid on May 26, 2011.
