Rome, 5 May 2010 – Acea SpA announces that the date for the Board of Directors’ approval of the Company’s quarterly report for the three months ended 31 March 2010, originally scheduled for 14 May 2010, has been moved. All other details remain as previously announced. The expected new dates for the Board of Directors’ examination of the financial results during 2010 are as follows:
Wednesday May 12, 2010 Quarterly report for the three months ended 31 March 2010
Thursday July 29, 2010 Interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2010
Friday November 12, 2010 Quarterly report for the nine months ended 30 September 2010
Meetings with the financial community and the media may be organised in order to present the financial results and strategies.
