Relations with suppliers and external collaborators

Acea seeks professionalism and a commitment to sharing the principles and content of the Code of Ethics in its suppliers and external collaborators. The conduct of the company, also through the work of its employees, as well as that of supplier companies and external collaborators must be inspired by a respect for the conduct outlined in the Code.
The Code is formally accepted by the company and the collaborator from the tender phase onwards and constitutes part of the contract agreement.
