Acea defines and implements the policies for the supply of goods, services and works for the entire Group, guaranteeing the consistent monitoring of same in full respect of the laws in force. The company’s main method of selecting suppliers is through recourse to tenders, with adjudication procedures based on criteria of maximum transparency.

The Group’s Code of Ethics explicitly calls for the respect of the principles of transparency, integrity and the protection of ethical aspects in supplies, which must be observed in the definition of the criteria used to select suppliers and inspire the conduct of personnel that manage supplies, and of suppliers and external collaborators themselves.
