Susanna Maria Invernizzi has been a member of the Acea Board of Directors since 3 June 2026.
Susanna Maria Invernizzi has thirty years of experience in finance, having worked as equity analyst and investor at leading investment banks.
She began her career in London as an analyst in Goldman Sachs’ investment banking department. She subsequently held senior roles in the infrastructure sector with Lehman Brothers and Barclays, based in London, managing a team of global analysts and collaborating in the listing processes of major European utilities and logistics companies.
From 2014 to 2024 she held the position of Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, dealing with the Morgan Stanley Global Listed Infrastructure Fund, focused on investments in the infrastructure and energy transition sector on a global basis.
She is currently Senior Executive Fellow at the SDA Bocconi university, where she is responsible for courses on investments in the infrastructure sector. She is also a member of the GLIO (“Global Listed Infrastructure Organization”) advisory board and a Director of NextChem S.p.A., a company controlled by the Maire Tecnimont Group.
She holds an honours degree in Business Administration from the “Luigi Bocconi” university in Milan and a CEMS Master’s degree from HEC, Paris.
