The 2024-2028 Business Plan, presented on 6 March 2024, provides for an increase in the creation of value for shareholders through a sustainable dividend plan, marked by constant growth.
We expect to distribute more than €1 billion (accrual-based) during the five years of the plan, implying an annual growth of 4% in DPS (dividend per share).
The dividend proposed, in respect of FY2025, is €1.20 per share (+26% compared with €0.95 for the previous year). The dividend payable in 2026 will include an ordinary dividend of €0.95 and an extraordinary component of €0.25 linked to the record results achieved by the Group in 2025, also reflecting the capital gain recognised following the sale of the high voltage grid to Terna.
