Marco Pastorello is the Chief Transformation Officer of Acea.
He supports the CEO and General Manager in defining the company’s strategy, oversees the implementation of the Business Plan, and conducts studies and research in the sectors most relevant to Acea.
He serves as a Board Member of Acea Acqua SpA and Vice President of the Board of Directors of ASM Terni SpA.
From 2022, he was responsible of the "Chief of Staff AD" and "CEO Office" functions.
He has extensive experience in leading strategic transformations across various sectors, gained over 15 years at McKinsey & Company.
He graduated with honors with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in General Management from Bocconi University. He holds an MBA from INSEAD.
